- CONTRACT ISSUES, whether in a transactional or litigation setting. Frequent areas we assist our clients with include commercial lease agreements and business buy-sell agreements.
- BUSINESS FORMATION, including corporations, general and limited liability partnerships, and limited liability companies. If you are forming a business with other partners, investors, or associates, we can help select the right form and set of agreements for you.
- FAMILY LAW, for business owners and executives with assets to protect. We handle all areas of dissolution (divorce and support). Our special emphasis is on premarital agreements, designed to help you protect your assets before entering into a marriage. We can also review and defend your existing agreement.
- ESTATE PLANNING, to protect your family from the perils of being unprepared. Our Estate Plan Package includes a Revocable (Living) Trust, Pour-over Will, Durable Power of Attorney, and Advanced Health Care Directive (also known as a 'living will').
- BANKRUPTCY, representing those who have claims against the bankruptcy estate. Specifically, we help our clients (the creditors) seek relief from stay in a bankruptcy case. We do NOT file bankruptcy petitions on behalf of consumers.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, including trademark / servicemark and copyright areas. We have quality referrals to patent attorneys as well.
- AVIATION LAW, including aircraft owner partnership agreements, flight school leaseback representation, and FAA enforcement defense. Mr. Williams is a member of the Lawyer Pilot Bar Association and a panel attorney for the Aircraft Owner and Pilots Association's Legal Services Plan.
